First, we ask questions about your pain and hobbies and what your goals are. Second, we perform a movement analysis to see where your deficiencies are and which movements cause pain. We use this information to determine a treatment plan.
Based off the movement analysis, we will address the problem by calming the symptoms you're experiencing. We do this through manual treatments, soft tissue treatments, corrective exercises, activity modification, and home exercises.
While working towards calming your symptoms, we address the deficiencies that are causing your pain. These include mobility, movement patterns, strength and technique so you can get back to doing what you love!
Throughout this process one of our goals is to educate you on how to take care of your body so the problem doesn’t arise again—so you don't have to live in pain any more.
If you’re an athlete who was injured and looking to make a comeback, we will help rehabilitate your injury and return you to your sport, feeling confident and ready to play through the use of athletic based movements.
An injury evaluation will be done to determine what the injury is and develop an effective and personalized treatment plan.
If you've had surgery, we work within your limitations to improve your function, movement pattern, motor recruitment, mobility and strength in order to return you to your sport.
