You can expect a one-on-one, 60 minute visit where your clinician will listen to your medical history and goals. This is followed by a movement assessment and evaluation of your pain. You will be taken through ranges of motion and strength testing, sport specific movements such as squats, overhead pressing or running. We end the session by creating a customized program based on your goals, symptoms, and address the underlying cause(s) of pain.
